Are all companies compliant with smartworking?

My 2c.
Given that many companies can only hire you as a contractor I think it might be a bit too much to require strict compliance checks on CCNL.
I think #60 + maybe a "note" field would be more flexible and easier to maintain.

I agree with @mmazzarolo on this issue, plus retrieving for each company CCNL information could be problematic.

I think if we add all those info, we'll lose the quickness of the README.md, as you'll have to open the company.md with all the info.

And most of that info could change over time (for example budgets for WFH, tools for communication, transfer availability etc), so would be difficult to keep them updated if any one of us is working for those companies.

We can also discuss FullRemote or Mixed... Because is Mixed when? When you go two times per week to the office, one day per week, x days per month? 🤔
